patricia thielemann-kapell After numerous adventures and life-changing events, Patricia Thielemann found her most personal expression was through yoga. She completed many diverse Teacher Training Programs, including at Jivamukti Center- New York, the Center for Yoga in Los Angeles, as well as extensive trainings at Forrest Yoga Circle in Los Angeles. In addition, she received certification for Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga with Colette Crawford in Seattle, Washington. These influences have all contributed in the development of her own individual Vinyasa Flow teaching style. Her Northern German clarity has melded together with her Southern California flexibility, so that her quest for inner freedom, authentic expression, and philosophy are given direction through her strengthened relationship to the heart, mind and spirit. After 7 years of teaching yoga in Los Angeles, Ms. Thielemann decided to move to Berlin in order to fulfil her dream of opening her own yoga studio. Patricia would like to thank her teachers: Ana Forrest, David Life, Sharon Gannon, Bryan Kest, Larry Moss and Illona May, Brian, Benjamin, Philipp and her parents.

inga coerds Inga 's long standing passion has always been ballet. Yoga came into her life 12 years ago in an amazing way, just as Inga was stuck in the middle of exam stress. As a doctorate level economist, her working life was spent behind a desk. So physical exercise and above all yoga help her to maintain a balance between body and mind. In 2006 she got to know Spirit Yoga and the wonderful flowing, powerful Vinyasa-Flow yoga practice and quickly reached the decision to carry out a teacher training course with Patricia Thielemann. As a yoga teacher Inga wants to convey a sense of contentment with life and at the same time show that discipline and effort are necessary and worthwhile. To involve and focus on the self so that the transforming power of yoga can unfold. Inga is grateful for what she has learnt on this journey and wants to pass on her experiences and the meaning of Yoga.
