A Hawaiian Heart Opening Flow with Kuulei

The literal meaning of aloha is „the presence of breath“ or „the breath of life”. It comes from „Alo“, meaning presence, front and face, and „ha“, meaning breath. Aloha is a way of living and treating each other with love and respect.

This will be a well-rounded Vinyasa class in English language to warm you up and open your heart with the focus on backbends. Join Kuulei for a yoga class filled with joy, love and peace – experience the Spirit of Aloha.

ACHTUNG: Spirit Yoga-Mitglieder und Urban Sports Club Mitglieder können die Klasse kostenfrei besuchen! Dazu bitte am Frontdesk einfach in die Klasse einbuchen lassen.

About Kuulei

In 2007 she moved to the Big Island, Hawaii, where she ran her own yoga studio. Yoga always helped her to stay grounded and connected to her inner self – each day, even in the most challenging times. This precious experience is what she wants to share with her students.
